Standards OF right and justice in Islamic banking system

After revaluation in Iran, have attempt to Purge banking system of Gavel. The stating of economic justice concept and its indexes is one of the pastimes of Economists. Never Eless, researches in this case, had not attempted to production of Economic justice indexes in Islamic over look. Indexes and solutions of creating of justice are different in difficult isms. Islamic economists have analyzed this problem in Islamic framework. Theories of shahid Sader and Motahari are famous about right and justice. Justice criteria in distributive of opportunities, EQUALITY and distributive of applying, will obtained in Compromise and its index is marketing price. Justice Criteria in distributive of income and wealth is balance. Every safe Temperament knows, it is injustice to Inherit 99 percent of world facilities by 1 percent of people. We cannot justify that those people have obtained themselves. Justice criteria in rights of poor people, Desert in Requirement and its index is extent of requirement and to pay financial rights of NEIGHBORs, custom requirement. This research have based on analyze- DESCRIPTIVE according to principle of one in Islamic banking analyze to create Islamic justice have tried by Quran and standards by Islamic SCIENTISTs Shie and Sonni and LAWYERs and points of different schools. Also we have examined different definitions of right and economic justice.
