Investigating the Risk Coverage of Special Banking in Iran's Banking Without Riba in Realizing the Purposes of Section 9 of the General Resistance Economics Policy

Abstract:
In Section 9, the general policies of resilience economics have been emphasized on four main components for maintaining financial stability in the economy, namely: reforming and strengthening the financial system, financial stability, stabilizing the national economy and strengthening national production. The coverage of bank risk using structural solutions can have the desired effect in achieving these goals. These results and impacts will be achieved through the following four factors: creating the possibility of real implementation of Islamic contracts and enjoying the benefits of using They reduce the bank's business or increase financial inclusion, create and promote economic federalism and strengthen institutions, resources and facilitators. This research analyzes the role and place of risk in unbanked banking and the importance of their coverage in pursuit of the objectives of Section 9 of the General Policy for Resistance Economics.
