Absolution and Amnesty in the Book and Tradition

since long, absolution and amnesty (forgiveness and sacrifice) have been a major and top factor to the virtues of ethics and a manifes- tation in of “amnesty”. It has been called “Taj-al-makarem” in Alavi School. But the Islamic communities are always characterized by the ignorance of the limits, conditions and regulations of forgiveness and sacrifice, and as a result they often suffer extremism and, in many cases, fail to recognize it correctly, and they are deprived of all the worldly and blessings of absolution and amnesty. The purpose of this research is to express and explain the status of absolution and amnesty in the moral school of Islam and to reach the Qur’anic solutions and to study and elaborate its individual and social achievements in the direction of culture and public awareness of the Muslims in the sciences and teachings of the Qur’an and “the family of the prophet” in this regard.
The method of this research is a descriptive and library studies and it has been done using a note taking.
Findings and This article, while presenting the conceptualizations of this moral virtue, has tried to distinguish the laminate amnesty and the absolution from its deserving cases and examine the individual and social effects and achievements of forgiveness and sacrifice from the point of view of the Holy Qur’an and the traditions of the infallibles Imams and express and explain part of the minutes and subtleties of the issue of forgiveness and sacrifice in the Qur’an and the teachings of the Quran and the school of immortality in the light of one subject research throughout the verses and Holy Qur’an.
