The Impact of Transformational Leadership Style on Organizational Intimacy (Case Study: I.R.I Police Political Ideological Organization)

The Islamic government represents all political, cultural and economic aspects of a society that covers all existential aspects of the individual and society. “Security”, as the most important agenda of a state, is one of the fundamental categories that has a fundamental link with human existential essence. This issue has also been of particular importance in Islam, and its design has always been considered in the context of the Islamic political system. In the views of the Supreme Leader, the country’s leadership is in need of security in order to achieve development and hon- or, and thus the role of I.R.I Police is of particular importance. Therefore, what are the requirements for the implementation of the effective model of political security in the Islamic government? What is the role and position of the security forces in providing security in the intellectual system of the Supreme Leader? These are important questions that responding to them is the purpose of this study, which explains the grounds for the realization of the Islamic government.
This research has been done through descriptive-analytic
method and the data collection method is based on library resources.
Findings and The present paper claims that according to the Islamic
approach, focusing on the action-behavior dimension of security is one of the
requirements for achieving an effective political security model. In this re-
gard, due to its wide responsibility in providing security and order, the police
can contribute to the “deteriorating elements of security” and, ultimately,
the effectiveness of the security model in the Islamic country by qualifying
the “hard and soft” authority.
