Investigating the Impact of Police Training on Order Improvement in the Community (with respect to the rights of the accused and the plaintiff )

Police have very important missions in order to ensure order and security in the community. One of the most important missions is to perform duties as an executive officer. According to the the low publice prosecutors commanders, officers and lawyers of police in the Islamic Republic of Iran who have seen relevant education "(Criminal Procedure Code, 1392: Article 29). One of the important components of police executive officers training is the training of components related to the rights of the accused and the plaintiff. The method used in this research is applied in terms of the purpose of the survey method. Writers, using resources and documentary studies, as well jurisprudence, reviewed the issue. To reach the goal, a questionnaire was prepared and provided to the statistical community. The statistical population of this study is educated people who are familiar with legal issues and lawsuits that reside in Tehran. The sample size was 384 by using the Cochran formula. To determine the reliability of the questionnaire, which was a five-choice Likert scale, before the implementation was distributed as a sample of 15 people. After completing the data using Cronbach's alpha, the questionnaire questionnaire was calculated using SPSS and LISREL software. Level 94/0 was confirmed. The findings of the research show that among the components of police staff training, there are three components: respect for citizenship rights; written communication of the rights specified in the law to the accused and the defendant; the non-coercive and reluctantness of the defendants, played a very important role in observing The rights of the accused and plaintiff have the rights and that the correct education plays an important role in promoting the order and security of the community. According to the findings of the research, it can be admitted that proper and law-based training of police officers has an impact on the promotion of order and security in society (with respect to the rights of accused and harassed individuals).
