The Role of Relationship between Knowledge Management and Human Resource Efficiency in Agricultural Bank of Tehran

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between knowledge management and human resource productivity. Independent variable in this research is knowledge management, which consists of four dimensions: four stages of creation, storage, application and sharing of knowledge. The dependent variable of the research is also the productivity of manpower. The statistical population of this study is all employees and managers of the Agricultural Bank of Tehran, District Six, which is about 270 people, which is used to determine the sample size from the Morgan table proportional to the sample size for employees and managers and in general 159 managers by sampling method. Stochastic random sampling was selected as a statistical sample. A questionnaire for knowledge management with human resource efficiency was used to collect data and to measure the research. Their validity and reliability were reviewed and confirmed. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods and analyzed using Kendall and Spearman tests using spss software 18. Finally, one can comment on accepting or not accepting any of the statistical hypotheses. Made The results show that there is a significant relationship between knowledge management and human resource productivity. Therefore, it can be concluded that increased knowledge of KMW will have a significant impact on human resource productivity.
