Application of perceptron neural network model to predict Property Rights Index on economic development in Iran

In economic schools, property rights are tied to the Institutionalists attitude of the economy. To the extent that this is one of the most fundamental issues in the institutional economy, it establishes a close relationship between economics and law. Many empirical studies indicate the fact that guaranteeing property rights in society can provide a basis for the development and liberation of economic flows. From the point of view of researchers and experts, property rights are scarcity rights and include all activities that individuals or the community are free to do or not to own a propertyIn order to achieve development it is seriously felt paying attention to restoration and preparation of necessary substrates including justice system and economic. Guarantee of property rights increases economic freedom. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between economic development and property rights. The research method is descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of the study consisted of all countries with a ranking of property rights, which was selected as an example of Iran during the period of 2008-2016. Measurement Tool are data from the International Property Rights Organization and the World Bank. To test have been used from the Levenberg- Markardt method and neural network analysis of perceptron and artificial intelligence.
The fitting of a research model has been approved that shows the relationship between economic development and property rights. Also, using sensitivity analysis, legal and political environment, physical property rights and intellectual property rights, respectively have the greatest impact on economic development.
