Impact of information technology on empowerment Tehran University of Medical Sciences

This study aimed to determine the impact of IT on the ability of staff at the University of Medical Sciences in Tehran. This research method is survey and the descriptive terms applicable studies. The results showed that the use of information technology can make sense of competence, improve performance, enhance decision-making, increase self-control, reduce stress and increase the empowerment University of Medical Sciences.
