Job Career and Self-efficacy of vocational trainers (Case study: Hamedan Province)

Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between Job Career and self-efficacy of vocational trainers in Hamedan province. Research Methodology In terms of purpose Applied. And from the perspective of the data collection method Descriptive-correlation Structural Modeling. The statistical population includes all technicians and professionals of Hamedan coaches in 156 people who were selected by random sampling method. 111 subjects were selected as the statistical sample. To determine the sample size The Cochran formula was used. To collect data, two standard questionnaires were used Self-efficacy of coaches Schwannen - Moran & Wolfowlck Job Career Biglardy et al. Were used. Structural validity of research questionnaires through the confirmatory factor analysis was confirmed and the reliability of the questionnaires was obtained on the basis of Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the self-efficacy questionnaire (93.03) and for Job Career questionnaire (94/0). Research data after collecting at two descriptive levels (Mean and standard deviation) and inferential (single sample T-test, Pearson correlation coefficient, stepwise regression analysis and structural equation modeling) were analyzed using SPSS19 and LISREL8.8 software. The results showed that the self-efficacy and Job Career of technical and vocational trainers in Hamedan province is higher than the average level (3). The results of correlation coefficient showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between Job Career and self-efficacy. Also, the results of stepwise regression analysis showed that life-style components (0.33) had the power of self-efficacy prediction of trainers. The results of the structural equation model showed that the direct effect of job careers on self-efficacy in the significant level was positive and significant.
