Analysis of Check and Balance Mechanism in Relationships between Sovereignty Institutions in Islamic Republic of Iran

The main objective of this paper is to identify the mechanism of check and balance among sovereignty institutions in Islamic Republic of Iran. In this regard, firstly we tried to identify and define sovereignty institutions. This initial concept was modified by using focus group and expert opinions to reach a definition which was accepted. Based on this definition, the institutions mentioned in the constitution were modified and check and balance mechanism in constitution was detected using content analysis. Finally, the model of content analysis that has been approved by experts was drawn up by all the experts.
