Representing a Multi-Level Performance-based Rewarding Model Using Adjusted PROMETHEE Technique

This is a developmental research in terms of purpose, In terms of data collecting, it's a descriptive-survey and in terms of analyzing data, it's considered as a mathematical-analytic research method. This paper aims to provide a multi-level performance-based rewarding approach. In spite of a large number of multi-criteria techniques and methods and large number of criteria in the decision-making process, this research introduced a new multilevel model in order to overcome the shortcomings of previous models. Based on a modified PROMETHEE method, the preference functions has been extended for level function as the major innovation of the research. Finally, the proposed multilevel model has applied and examined using a data collection obtained from Iranian Oil Terminals Company.
