the role of organizational mindfulness on organizational trauma with regard to mediator role of political intelligence of managers

This study aimed to analyze the role of organizational mindfulness on the organizational trauma with regard to mediator role of political intelligence of managers. The purpose of this study, in terms of collecting data is descriptive. Statistical society of research includes 240 numbers of employees of social security organization of Fars province. Cochran formula was used to determine the sample size and sample size was 147 numbers. Sampling method was based on random sampling. Research data collected with using standard questionnaires of organizational mindfulness (Pahlavan Sadeqh and abollahi,2015), organizational trauma(vivian and hormann, 2015) and political intelligence( Ferris et al, 2005). The validity and reliability of the questionnaires were confirmed through content validity and Cronbach's alpha. Data have analyzed with using of structural equation modeling and software of SPSS 21 and AMOS 23. The research findings show that organizational mindfulness and political intelligence have significant negative effect on the organizational trauma. organizational mindfulness can through political intelligence of managers decrease organizational trauma. In addition to, research findings indicate that trust as dimension of organizational mindfulness has most effect on organizational trauma. also In regard to tested model can conclude that truthfulness as dimension of political intelligence of managers has most negative effect on organizational trauma.
