The Structural Model of the Relationship of Islamic Spiritual Capital with Feeling Energetic in Work and Job Performance

This research was conducted with the aim of studying the structural model of the relationship among Islamic spiritual capital, feeling energetic in work and job performance. The statistical population of the research was included all the staff of a hotel in Isfahan in the spring of 1394, of which 188 were chosen through simple random selection. The instruments used in this study were the Islamic Spiritual Capital Questionnaire, Feeling Energetic Questionnaire and Job Performance Questionnaire. Data were analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficient and structural equation modeling (SEM).
