Investigating the role of vocational trainings in creating an entrepreneurial attitude in students

Abstract:
The aim of the present research is investigate the role of vocational trainings in creating an entrepreneurial attitude in the students of these fields from the viewpoints of Tutor of Khoy in the School year of 1394-95. The research method is the descriptive-survey. The statistical population of this research includes all 100 students in this County. Due to the prevention of subject’s decline, the census sampling method (Sample Equal to Society) has been used. For collecting data, a self-made questionnaire based on the components of entrepreneurial attitudes from Robinson's point of view was used and data has been analyzed by SPSS software by the sample T-test and Friedman test. The results of data analysis indicate that the vocational trainings have a positive and significant role on all the components of entrepreneurial attitude in students. According to Friedman's test results, the sequence of components is as follows: 1.Perceived personal control; 2.Self-esteem; 3.Creativity and innovation; 4.Identification and exploit of opportunities; and 5.the desire to succeed.
