The Influence of the Specifications of Time on the Transmission, Perception and Determination of the Islamic Traditions

Abstract:
As an eternal and the last divine religion for all men until the judgement day, Islam has established definite rules. But with a careful look to some instances, it reveals that the changes and variables in a society in specific periods affect the quality of the teachings and it cannot be realized these teachings are current in all periods. In terminology, the statements (issues) which are current in all periods are named factual propositions (qadiyah haqiqiyah) and the particular issues are named actual propositions (al-qadiyah kharijiyah).
The cultural, economic and scientific changes are of qadiyah kharijiyah. Teachings like the ambiguity or uncertainty in the evaluation and ambiguity gained in the perception of the purpose because of passing of time, in the primary look, are imagined to be under the effect of time changing but paying attention to them presents its generality and factuality. The aim of this note is to determine the impact of the society changes in the passing time on the knowledge of A factual proposition (qadiyah haqiqiyah) and-qadiyah kharijiyah, of ahadith from each other.
