Relationship between Experiences of TeacherTrainees and theirEducational Achievements in Farhangian University

Abstract:
This study explored the relationship between the experience of teacher trainees and their educational achievements in Boushehr Allameh Tabatabaei Teacher Farhangian university. A number of 465 junior and senior Teacher trainees of the university were selected through a stratified random selection process and formed the population. College student Questionnaire of Pace & Kuh, ( 1998) was used in order to collect the required data. The results of regression analysis revealed that all three levels of student experience including the recognition of struggle quality, environment quality, and social integrity are predictors of significant positive university achievements respectively. The results of independent t-test also showed that there is not a significant relationship between different dimensions of junior and senior teacher trainees’ experience and their educational achievement.
