Presentation of Service-Oriented Architecture Model in Libraries of Mazandaran Universities Based on Grounded Theory

Information systems are growing rapidly; academic libraries should have the ability to respond quickly to new audience requirements. Academic libraries, as the center responsible for providing information services to a wide range of individuals, need to be in line with existing innovations in the field of information. The purpose of this study was to provide a service-oriented architecture model in the university libraries of Mazandaran province. Data analysis method in this research, theoretical coding was derived from the grounded theory method. The statistical population of the study consisted of universities librarians of Mazandaran province, which was selected through a targeted sampling method. 25 subjects were selected in this study. . The findings of the research indicate that human factors, structural and technical factors, supervisory and managerial factors, and organizational strategies as factors affecting service oriented architecture in the universities libraries of Mazandaran province were identified. Also, the results showed that in a grounded pattern of the use of information technology as a causal condition Through the provision of IT-based services and easy access to IT infrastructure, leads to the deployment of service-oriented libraries.
