The effect of strategic human resource practices on organizational performance with regard to the mediator role of organizational learning in public organizations

Abstract:
The aim of the present study is to investigate the effect of strategic human resource practices on organizational performance with regard to the mediator role of organizational learning. The population of the study is managers and employees of government agencies of Bojnoord chosen through stratified random sampling; the sample size was calculated as142. Data gathering tool is valid questionnaires of strategic human resource practices, organizational learning and organizational performance. Validity of the questionnaire was proven using teachers and expert's ideas, and the reliability was confirmed through Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The results of the path analysis show that strategic human resource practices have a significant positive effect on organizational performance and organizational learning, Results also showed that organizational learning as a mediator variable has a positive effect on the relationship of strategic human resources and organizational performance.
