In this research I have tired to investigate the effect of womens emoloyment on fertility between the age 15-49 in jahrom.
On this basis the researcher have focused on five suppositions by applying the”chochran”sample evaluation formulae . About 400 women between the age 15-49 were chosen randomly in jahrom and the nacessary information was gathered by making interviews and questionaries fertility.
The results show that there are relationships between the employment of women, the types of their level of education, their income , the level of husd hards education the ferlility . All of them have effects on fertility
In means that:1-there is a meaning ful relationship between womens employment and the level of fertility.
2- there is a meaningful relationship between the type of womens job and the amount of their fertility
3- there is a meaningful relationship between the level of eaucation and their fertility.
4- there is meaningful relationship between the familes in come and the level of families fertility.
5- there is meaningful relationship between the level of hushands education and the amount fertility.
