Identify team learning components based on management excellence from the perspective of NA jA experts
The purpose of this study was to Identify the components of team learning based on management of excellence from the view point of NAGA experts .to select the sample ,two targeted sampling and snow ball methods were used at this stage .At the end ,22 qualitative interviews were conducted from the elite group .the present article aims to present a team-based learning model based on excellence management in the IRI police organization . organization excellence consisted of two main categories and six sub – categories and team learning . the five main categories and 11 sub categories were grouped. In order to Identify the components of team learning based on organizational excellence, the main functions are considered . to select appropriate criteria based on content analysis ,the most important concepts of each criterion were introduced . the result show that the most influential codes of each criterion were the most influential codes in organizational excellence ,empowerment measures and outcome criteria in team learning of educational factors ,culture and social context individual factors ,physical factors ,and technology
