The Effectiveness combination Shafiabady's multiaxial pattern with krumboltz's social learning theory on vocational Gratification in female teachers

Abstract:
Introduction
vocational Gratification of teachers as responsible for upbringing a generation has undeniable role in training and increase the productivity. So the importance of the application of career counseling in this group is more important because it can help people to better cope with different problems of business environment that is lead to increasing their vocational Gratification
Methods
Methodology was semi-experimental with pre-test and post-test and control group. The statistical population were all primary school teachers of region 7 of Shiraz Municipality. sampling was done with random Clustering method and 12 schools were selected, then questionnaire of job satisfaction was conducted on their teachers and between those which get the lower scores 40 person was selected and They were divided into two groups one of the group that have 20 persons selected randomly as a control group and the other group was selected as a examination group.Experimental group received 8 sessions that every season was 1.5 hours education based on integration of Shafiabady’s multiaxial pattern with Krumboltz’s social learning theory then The post-test was done and follow-up was conducted one month later. Data was analysed with the covariance analysis and dependent t-student test.
Results
The results showed that career counseling based on the integration of Shafiabady’s multiaxial pattern and Krumboltz’s social learning theory has a significant impact on job satisfaction of women teachers and the results have been stable during the time.
Conclusion
using integrated career counseling theories can raise the level of jobsatisfaction teachers have significant influence and improve it . Therefore, it is recommended that the compilation method used.
