Prediction Model of Job Involvement based on quality of work life and organizational justice of Physical Education Teachers in Shiraz City : the mediating role of conflict and organizational commitment

The present study aimed at Prediction Model of Job Involvement based on quality of work life and organizational justice emphasizing the mediating role of conflict and organizational commitment of physical education teachers in Shiraz City. In this descriptive-co relational study , the data were collected through organizational justice(Niehoff & Moorman), organizational commitment (Allen & Meyer) job involvement (Kanungo), quality of work life (Walton) and conflict (Rabins) questionnaires which was completed by a number of 237 physical education teachers in shiraz city. The participants of the study were selected through a random cluster sampling from among a number of 617 volunteers. The data were analyzed by Path analysis using LISER 8. 50. Results showed that quality of work life variable have indirect positive effect on job involvement through the mediation of conflict and organizational commitment variables. Organizational justice has indirect positive effect on job involvement through the mediation of organizational commitment and conflict variables. Conflict variable have indirect negative on job involvement through the mediation of organizational commitment variable.
Moreover the organizational commitment, quality of work life, organizational justice and conflict variables had a direct effect on job involvement. The results imply the importance of job involvement and its related Factors. Thus, Job Involvement should be noticed in all policy-making related to education.
