Determination of appropriate zones for site selection of CCTVs in order to realize smart city. Case study: Zanjan city

Video surveillance cameras as a smart system are a key component of urban management ýsystems. These cameras provide the ability to create visual information and extract ýinformation from images in order to make informed decisions for decision makers and ýstakeholders. with regards to the great importance of video surveillance and CCTV cameras ýfor the realization of the smart city, the subject of intelligent systems site selection due to its ýdirect impact on the efficiency and efficiency of the system is very important. The purpose of ýthis research is to identify the appropriate zones for locating video surveillance cameras in ýZanjan city. In order to identify the appropriate zones for the locating of urban surveillance ýcameras, four main criteria, including Land usage, physical, demographic and natural and ýý25 sub-criteria have been selected. The Hierarchical Analytic Hierarchy Model (AHP) is used ýto determine the significance of the criteria and the fuzzy method used for layer ýstandardization. Finally, the weighted standardized layers have been combined with the ýRaster Calculator function and the final result is obtained. Examining the results of using the ýfuzzy model and integrating the criteria shows that the central and middle zones are suitable ýfor installing CCTV cameras, and it is vital to use more cameras in these zones.ý
