Identifying the Effective Factors of Organizational Silence from the Point of View of Specialists in the Field of Educational Management: Qualitative Research

The purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting organizational silence from the point of view of the specialists in the field of educational management. This study is a qualitative study using text analysis. The data gathering process, consisting of 25 semi-structured interviews of the management education specialists who were informed and mastered the subject matter of the research. Targeted sampling began in 1395 and continued until saturation. Data analysis was performed simultaneously with data collection and qualitative content analysis. Data analysis resulted in the extraction of 9 codes that express the views of experts in the field of educational management and include organizational learning, organizational commitment, organizational culture, leadership style, decision making, knowledge management, organizational identity, organizational justice, organizational performance, and based on expert opinions the above mentioned factors were more important in explaining organizational silence
