Foundations of Human rights in the Islamic Revolution o Iran with an Emphasis on International documents

The concepts and principles of human rights after the Islamic Revolution, which are derived from the sources of Islamic jurisprudence, have entered the cycle of implementation in the Islamic Revolution of Iran. Following the victory of the Islamic Revolution, the Iranian people have taken steps to enforce their rights to these human and Islamic principles. The purpose of this article is to explain the concepts, foundations and principles of human rights in the Islamic Revolution of Iran, which deals with the verses of the Qur’an and the teachings of Islam in the field of human rights that are implemented in society. The main question is: What are the basics of human rights in the Islamic Revolution of Iran?
