Review of a lack of attention to the rights of mothers in domestic and international laws (Regarding the rights of mothers in the Holy Quran)

The importance of “the role of mothers” in the individual and social life of humans has been clear for everyone. So that it is considered the peak of woman’s perfection. It also reduces individual and social problems. However, there is little attention to the rights of mothers today. So that this is one of the causes of the disintegration of the foundation of the family and also has had adverse effects on the growth of societies and advances in various dimensions. In western society, the woman is treated like an object. The extremist feminists are seeking to remove the mother’s right and replace female sexual characteristics with men. Therefore, violations of international law and some internal rules, it should be emphasized that if we return to the Quranic verses on the rights of parents especially of mothers, you can find clear and intact notes. The main question of this article is about paying attention to the rights of mothers and the results of reviewing their rights. By studying legal texts, we can conclude that attention to the rights of mothers and the results of the growth of them has been low.
