Message:
Abstract:
This paper seeks to study the factors of motivational behavior from the viewpoint of Ayatollah Mesbah Yazdi to design the motive theoretical model from his point of view. Using, an analytical-descriptive method and concentrating on Ayatollah Mesbah Yazdi's works, this paper collected the human motivational factors and processes, and then it clarified and explained Ayatollah Mesbah Yazdi's motivational pattern from a psychological perspective. This paper presents this view as a primary model for motivating behavior in the form of a network diagram. According to Ayatollah Mesbah Yazdi's point of view, man has dual purposeful, immortal dimensions that inherently have free will and authority. He also considers man as the highest creature of Allah, who has and dignity before Allah and tends toward perfection. In the dimension of motivation and energy behavior, man has a dynamic soul with fundamental tendencies, recognition, worldview and free will. In addition to that, due to this model, the soul and its fundamental tendencies are authentic and provide energy for all behaviors.
