Description and analysis of ideological structures in family court discourse, divorce demanding women¸ based on Van Dijk (2006)
According to the important role of linguistic factors in reproducing social power and controlling the mind of subjects by redistribution of ideologies. Discovering the underlying levels of surface aspects that related to the structural organization of the discourse can lead to appearance of a new and deep insight. Knowing discourse concept of language is an appropriate instrument for a realistic analyzing group’s minds and ideologies. This research aims to analysis divorce demanding woman’s discourse in family court room based on vandijk’s society- knowledge and discourse theory (2006). To do this we attend 20 meeting of the General Court and family counseling center of Zahedan- Iran and record the divorce demanding women’s Statements. this research studies the ways that women employ to speak ideologically and Satisfyy the judge to reach to their aims. The results show that studding women use all of linguistic strategies such as syntactic¸ semantic¸ rhetoric and lexical to Magnifying themselves and to mitigate their husbands and their relatives behavior. In this way their most effort assigned to magnify their husbands bad and negative Specifications. So this divorce demanding women’s much attempt devotes to magnify their husband and his relatives bad and negative attributes. They rarely speak about their own negative and bad properties¸ So about their husbands positive Specifications.
