Review and critique the arguments of Ahmad Esmail al-Basri to deny Imam's knowledge of languages

The teachings preached by Ahmad al-Hasan al-Basri are dangerous to Shi’a beliefs on Mahdaviyat. In recent years, the preaching activities of his followers through cyberspace and face-to-face dialogues have been increased and acceptance of his invitation by few students in Hawza Seminaries has doubled the danger. Thus, to have an analytical approach toward his ideas is of great importance. Ahmad al-Hasan al-Basri who claims to be Imam, the first Mahdi and the promised Yamani, believes that the knowledge of Imam is limited to religious knowledge. Thus, the necessary knowledge for an Imam is to know anything related to religious issues. Therefore, according to him, there is no need for Imam to know different languages, the texts of the previous Divine religions and scientific fields of study. To prove that Imam does not know various languages, Ahmad al-Hasan has provided 8 arguments. This article, analyzing them, proves them to be wrong.
