Identifying the factors affecting the satisfaction of visitors from the Holy Defense Book Fair

The present study was conducted to assess the satisfaction of visitors from the Holy Defense Book Fair and the factors affecting this satisfaction. The research was applied and its method was survey based on a questionnaire. Validity of the questionnaire was formally approved by five professors and experts in the Holy Defense Sector. The statistical population of the study was all people who visited the exhibition of the Holy Defense Book. Based on previous experiences, about an estimated 1,900 people visited the fair on an average annual basis. Based on Morgan sampling table, sample size 320 was obtained and finally, for the missing data, 30 samples were added to the sample size, and finally the number 350 questionnaires were distributed randomly and collected. Research findings show that with increasing education, the level of satisfaction with the quality of published books decreases, and there is a direct correlation between satisfaction with book quality and the volume of published books. There is no relation between job and study, but the kind of occupation of the visitors is correlated with the amount of book purchase. There is no correlation between age and education in the scope of the book of the Holy Defense Book and the degree of satisfaction with the exhibition is not different among men and women.
