Entrepreneurial University (Concept, Needs and Challenges)

Today, entrepreneurship is a special strategy for economic growth.Unemployment is an acute problem for many countries, including Iran.Solving these problems involves the planning and implementation of specific programs.Implementation of entrepreneurship programs is one of these strategies.Developing entrepreneurship in universities and creating jobs and income for college graduates can be a solution to this problem.Studies show the slow process of institutionalization of entrepreneurship in universities, which has slowed down the rate at Iranian universities and is sometimes "stagnant".It seems that accelerating the process of institutionalizing the entrepreneurial process in universities, while addressing the problem of university graduates' unemployment, would help to create newer ideas from academic authorities to start an entrepreneurial process.Enhancing entrepreneurship in universities in order to create jobs, create wealth, increase people's welfare and, ultimately, make general progress in Iran.In this research, reviewed and written using library resources and Internet sites, the issue of entrepreneurship, its necessities and challenges, the process of institutionalization of entrepreneurship in universities, and a review of the solutions are presented.
