Critical success factors influence the welfare organization's strategies in Tehran province

The study goal is to evaluate the suaccessful vital factors on welfare of organization’s clerk strategies in Tehran province using Okemos model which is based on 4 aspects: Content, Underlying, Process and outcome factors This study according to research goal is an applicable study and considering data gathering is adescriptive survey, Toll of collecting data was a mulitiple resercher made questionnaire including 38 questions,which its reliability confirmed by using cronbach s Alpha, and its validity affirmtion by using experts affirmation. The population study was 295 clerk in organizations and sample size was 167 clerk which obtained by using stratified sampling. For analyzing data KMO test used, and for providing the model of structural egutions we used AMOS software by using fitness test All variables had an acceptable load factor and also T test was significant P≤0.05. Data analyzes showed that all aspects and variables influenced on strategies implementation. Therefor the ranking of organizations factors are as follow respectively: underlying factors, process factors, out come factors and finally content factors.
