Hypocrite organization the fruit of an undesirable organizational culture: the behavioral archetype of Machiavellian managers and its Impression Management

Culture is the same shadow of managers in the organization. The organization is undesirable because of the behavior of its managers. The purpose of this research is to recognize the organization of two organizations in the light of creating organizational divisions through the Machiavellian managers who create pleasant images of the nature of the staff themselves. The 140 managers of governmental agencies have been analyzed using standard questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using structural equation modeling approach with partial least squares method through Smart-PLS software. The findings of this research showed that the proposed model of research has been confirmed and based on which the mathematical ethics of managers lead to self-image management, which leads to organizational divisions and, accordingly, the organization is twofold. Image manipulation variables themselves also play a role in mediating the relationship between managerial ethics and organizational divisions. The results of this research have a good role in explaining the undesirable behavioral factors of managers, which is the result of administrative functions bureaucracy in government agencies. Machiavellian behavioral marker is an unconventional influence on the behavior of others, which is suggested by introducing tactics of penetration into employees to educate staff, in order to detect maladaptive behaviors.
