Provide a pattern of empowerment of the elite to interact with the business environment based on knowledge economy.

The number of students in the country has increased dramatically in recent years , and many have been identified so thatscholarly articles have been published and published, but scientific products have not become a product and issues havenot been changed. The main purpose of this paper is to present an elite empowerment pattern in engagement with the business environmentbased on knowledge economy.

this research is applied in terms of practical and development purpose and in terms of how it is studied andcollected data, descriptive - observation and survey. the sampling method in this study is a purposeful method. the statistical population of the research was 3000 managers of founding knowledge companies in the entire country of iran in2016 - 2015, some of which were made to a questionnaire consisting of 80 questions based on a Likert scale ranging from80 questionnaires were completed by samples and were used to conduct research. The validity of the questionnaire wasapproved by 10 professors from the Islamic Azad University and was used to determine the validity of the structure fromexploratory factor analysis with the method of principal component analysis and واریماکس rotation (KMO. reliability ofquestionnaire was determined. for data analysis, exploratory factor analysis and ahp method was used by spss and lisrelsoftware.
