Meta-analysis of Cultural Anthropology and Education Studies and Its Role in the Development of Iranian Women
Value has been postulated as one of the core concepts in social sciences and anthropology. Thus, if cultural and educational values in women undergo changes, it will ultimately promote the development of women. The purpose of this study was to study the field of culture and education as well as the social values of women to seek the roles of these variables in the development of women in Iran. The research method employed was the analytical and descriptive meta-analysis. The first stage consisted of an appraisal of the theories and research methods of the studies. The second stage was the classification and summarization of the data collected from these studies pertaining to the variables of the study. For this purpose, more than 29 papers were considered. At first, the most influential variables in these studies were identified and then the average variable was examined. The results showed that the most influential variables of culture and value were identity, age, education, educational system, the media, and family which affected the development of women and then the participation of women in cultural, social, political and religious affairs were analyzed and evaluated. Solutions pertaining the study’s variables were presented to the respective institutions.
