The jurisprudential study of Sunni hadiths about the instruments and songs in the presence of the Prophet

There are some traditions and narrations in Sunni narrative books that Sunni scholars have based on these narratives, the verdict of the legitimacy of playing, audition and other related work on musical instruments. In this article, the critique of these hadiths is discussed. More than the document review narratives, the semantic meaning of these narratives is examined. Given some contradictions in the semantic meaning of these traditions that are even incompatible with the Sunni jurisprudents’ opinions, we conclude that the maximum sentence that can be obtained from these traditions is the legitimacy of the use of no-ring "dafs", just at the wedding ceremony.
