The relation of the leadership style on the sport commitment􀀃in individual and team disciplines

The aim of this study was to relation of the leadership style on the sport commitment athletes Individual and team disciplines. The population of this study sample included individual athletes such as table tennis, swim, judo and wrestling and team athletes such as volleyball, basketball, football in played 2018 Isfahan festival, 860 persons were considered as sample size that using Morgan table estimation of 265 prototypes. Also, the construct validity of the questionnaire was examined using confirmatory factor analysis and the Composite reliability and Cronbach's alpha was used to assess the reliability of the questions which the results of all questionnaires were obtained above 0.75. For data analysis, was used using two SPSS 20. The results showed that the all factors of leadership in sports on sport commitment can relation positive and significant and no relation between in dictatorship and sport commitment and individual and team disciplines. Therefore, it is suggested that coaches to achieve satisfaction of their athletes can use the appropriate leadership style, which can lead to success and the effectiveness of individual and group performance.
