Impact of Soft War on Social Security

Social Security is a fundamental issue in the life of society that several factors play a role in strengthening or weakening it. Soft war is one of the these factors. social security has an intimate connection with the collective values of human in social life. And Soft War intends to along the individuals and segments of the target population with itself. This study indicated that collective values is the circle of the link between social security and the soft war . Because on the one hand , the collective values are correlation factor and community consensus , and on the other hand , because collective normalize relationships in various public arena , is the strengthening factor of the social safety. The general expression , establishment of collective values , increase the strength of norms and reduce breaking norm in society and system and in this way , reinforce stability , balance and social security and soft war disrupt social security system with the weakening set of values and norms in society.
