The impact of free educational classes and theoretical understanding of traffic rules and regulations to improve the quality of learning applicants for driving licenses

Correct and lawful driving a culture, and culture is rooted in the attitudes of society. Attitude, and behavior shows itself in action. Attitude of people can not be realized without addressing the training. The purpose of education is to transfer knowledge to people so that culture and collective knowledge to be able to fully benefit from the results. This study is a qualitative research and its purpose applications. These individuals were chosen sampling method. The people from the beginning to the end of the study, supervised and trained for a month. Measurement of these people, accept the traffic regulations in the main test. And only 9.09 percent of the study subjects completed a month's time have failed to pass the test. The results showed that different people differently according to their educational achievements as well as learn the same lack of talent, more education and more quality.
