Principal Design of Education School Directors

The purpose of this study was to examine the factors affecting the dimensions, components and criteria of education (formal education) with a qualitative and quantitative approach. The participants of the qualitative section were formed by faculty members and educational managers after the theoretical saturation of 20 people. They were selected by purposeful sampling. The statistical population in the quantitative section consists of 5404 school lecturers in Lorestan province the sample size was 360 randomly selected based on Cochran sampling formula. The research tool was a semi-structured interview in the qualitative part of the interview and in the quantitative section the questionnaire was extracted from the qualitative section whose validity was confirmed by exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis and its reliability through the Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.79 obtained. Qualitative data analysis was performed using Strauss and Corbin method and quantitative data analysis was performed using exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis through SPSS and AMOS software. Factor analysis results of the first order resulted in the deletion of some items. The results of the second-order factor analysis showed that among the 17 identified categories, five categories with the titles "Personality Characteristics, Content Review, Operational Research, Skill Assessment and Skill Application" of the model The final model was evaluated and verified with 12 categories.
