The Effect of Intelligence knowledge Management on Immunization of Staff (CaseStudy:the Second, Fourth, Fifth Police Departments of Fateb Preventive Police)
the present paper investigates the effect of Intelligence knowledge management on immunization of staff within the second, fourth, fifth police departments of Fateb Preventive police. Coordination between the structural and procedural factors of knowledge management and knowledge management style of protective immunization of staff in both organizational and individual perspective are the subject of the article.
The population in this study include: officials, commanders and Tehran metropolitan police managers and members of the Administrative Council of Tehran metropolitan of intelligence department between the years of 2009 to 2014. Using classified sampling approach, a sample size of 97 patients was randomly studied. To collect comments, the questionnaire reliability and validity were examined. Data was analyzed using SPSS software and Pearson correlation and linear regression analysis.
Statistical analysis shows that the use of protective components variable is correlated with the staff immunization. And then storage component is more correlated with the dependent variable. In thethird place is the distribution of knowledge protection. Finally, the acquisition of knowledge had the lowest correlation with the dependent variable.
