The Effect of Protective Measures on injury Crime Prevention by NAJA’s staff
The purpose of this article is to determine the effect of four categories of protective measures (staff guidance, awareness classes, circulars, and message and question and answer sessions) in preventing injury crime by NAJA’s staff. The article is an applied and descriptive survey in terms of the type of survey. The statistical population includes the employees of the Greater Tehran Police Command who have been conducting investigative safeguards for the past two years. The statistical sample of this study consisted of 76 people who were measured in whole number. The research method of gathering information in library research (phishing tools), internet sites and questionnaire tools is made by researcher. The study was conducted in time in 2018 and the spatial domain of this research is the Greater Tehran Police Command, which distributed the questionnaire. In order to improve the validity of the questionnaire while using the guidance of respected supervisors and consultants, the expert advice and guidance (Honorable Vice-Presidents and Experts of the Department of Conservation and Prevention of Inspectorate General) were also used and try to design Questions to pursue important aspects of research goals. The reliability coefficient of the questionnaire factors using Cronbach's alpha is 0.95 which is desirable and satisfactory. The results and findings of the study showed that protective measures have an impact on the variable of prevention of crime by employees
