Foundation of Development Program Using of ITC in Iranian Public Education System

The program of communication technology was emerged by Iranian government about 2001. It has brought about a great deal of changes in the mid and long Term plans has been studied by a plat form under the consideration of Iranian president which has been named Iran in 21 st. century. The 13th Article of budgets plan try to support this program in 2002, but the major question in Iranian Public Education System is that: is it necessary to use ICT in the public education system of Iran? This article studies the deer difference between hardware and equipment capability system in Iran with developed countries and after that try to explain the ICT program in the ministry of public education.
