Examples and Identification Factors of Military Personnel in light of the Code of Criminal Procedure of 1392

The purpose of the paper is to identify the criteria for theseparation of military agents from other lawyers in thejudiciary law, to identify the military authorities in this law,and to identify the legal criteria for identifying militants inthe armed forces. In this paper, by analyzing and investigating legalsources, legal documents and judicial decisions with further analysis,and interviews with a number of legal experts, examples of militaryperpetrators and legal criteria for identifying them on the basis of theCode of Criminal Procedure, approved in 1392, are presented. Thefindings of this study indicate that legal indicators for the identificationof military agents include military, trust and loyalty, acquisition ofskills and training and obtaining the special card, being mandated bya competent judicial authority, under the supervision and training ofcompetent judicial authorities.
