Super Analysis of Researches Concerning the Qualification of Managers in Iran
In the third millennium and in the ups and downs of business the organization do their best to choose the most qualified managers. If the selection of the managers is done properly, it will bring benefit to the organization. In order to choose and assign the managers and to distinguish and select the qualified people we need some factors to assign the most qualified and skillful people to organizational posts. In this study using super analysis method and suitable soft wares to analyze the data and information inferred from other researches concerning the qualification of managers in Iran, the theory and models and conceptual framework in these researches, the most meaningful hypotheses and findings and suggestions in order to utilize the qualification of the managers model to assign suitable people have been presented. The statistic population in this study is the thesis and articles related to qualification of the managers in Iran. In this study the base is not upon sampling rather the researcher tries to analyze the whole population and it is tried to collect information from all samples. By analyzing and evaluating the information 26 studies have been selected and 23 hypotheses have been detected therefore those variances that are more effective have been introduced. The collected data in this study are not parallel and by analyzing the orientation of the data, the extracted information has been proved to be accurate.
