Looking for Improvement of Organizational Performance through Strategic Control (case study of the L.E.F. Top Inspection Department)
This study aims at achieving a model of strategic control by means of applicable instruments which could be used in NAJA Top Inspection Department. This is an extracting study, with case study strategy, fundamental orientation. The data were gathered through circular analysis. They were analyzed through statistical-analytical methodology. Designing strategic controlling system, paves the way for coherent movement of the department and put managers scattered attempts together and refrain incoherent decisions from being made. NAJA Top Inspection is in dire need of its strategic controlling means and methods with regard to its strategic vision. This study aims at facilitating strategic control issue and providing strategic vision for NAJA Top Inspection. The results revealed that investment priorities regarding strategic control could be: controlling strategic domain, controlling strategic potential factor, scenario-oriented control, controlling basic assumptions of planning, controlling special awareness, cultural control, controlling environmental strategic issues, administrative control, discerning control and cooperative control.
