The Stages of Establishment of Meritocracy based on Islamic Resources
The extent of success in applying leadership styles and management in every community is influenced by the values dominant on the cultural context of that community. In this regard theories that theoreticians of management has put forward concerning the importance and necessities of meritocracy and the technique for its establishment in every organization is definitely of no value for Islamic communities. For that reason, this writing determines "the stages of the establishment of meritocracy based on Islamic resources". Meritocracy with regard to the insight principles in Islamic texts means and justice of God and prophethood and latent Imamate and with regard to value principle, respecting meritocracy in organizations prompts actualization of main principles of Islamic management, that is, safekeeping status of management, guiding human beings towards spiritual evolution, social justice, and giving service. This research has theoretical nature and the researcher used a descriptive and analytical approach, which is the very interpretive method of texts and deducing facts from Koran, has examined this subject based on koranic verses and hadiths.
