Examination of the Rate of Managers' Competency Effect on Occupational Draining of Employees of NAJA
This research has been conducted with a purpose to examine the rate of the effect of managers' competency on draining of employees. In this regard, eighty employees of the Headquarters departments of NAJA were selected with the criteria of having at least Bachelors' degree and twenty years of service record. The test takers answered two questionnaires 1- the questionnaire of the rate of managers' competency 2- the questionnaire of occupational draining of employees. Both of the questionnaires included twenty questions. The results of the research indicated that features of managers' competency include: knowledge, skill, experience, and managers' capability in occupational draining stages of employees; though, it has a negative decreasing effect and is not statistically significant (p>0.05). Side findings of the research also confirm that managerial education and the related service record has a significant effect on managers' success. On the other hand managers' experience has a significantly negative effect. Also, these findings show that among employees aged from 38 to 42, the inability of managers has a significantly negative effect on spiritual exhaustion of employees and as for the element of 20 and 23 years of service experience, managers' experience has a negative correlation with spiritual exhaustion of employees and among the people aged 28 to 30 years of service experience, the variable of managers' knowledge has a negative correlation with spiritual exhaustion of employees (p
