A Comparative Study of the Current and Desired Factors Affecting the Improvement of Administrative Health System in Public Organizations

Abstract:

The purpose of this study was to compare the current and desirable status of effective factors in promoting the health system of the country. The target population in this research is managers and staff of the central branch of customs office in Tehran.
The purpose of this study was to compare the current and desirable status of effective factors in promoting the health system of the country. The target population in this research is managers and staff of the central branch of customs office in Tehran. The results of statistical tests showed that there is no significant difference only between the status quo and desirable status of trust and moral equality factors. Also, high levels of organizational performance, employee accountability, conflict, effectiveness control, employee impact, risky behaviors, branch compliance, training adequacy and performance management were favorable. On the other hand, the most important factor in the contradictions in the organization and the least important factor in the managers' rights were identified among the respondents of this study.
