Prioritizing Tehran Roads in Crisis Condition

Abstract:

Natural disasters have more considerable economic and social loss consequences. Infrastructures such as transportation network, energy (water, power and gas) and communications will be affected by these natural disasters and crisis. By human disability to control and prediction of natural disasters such as earthquake, nevertheless, we can decrease damages by appropriate decision. In this way, in the present study road networks by emphasizing on arches capacity and through possible crisis scenario was analyzed. The available arches of Tehran step by step and in the form of first to end matrices were allocated to the network. The network product which is included distanced vehicle – hours in the network was prioritized. Network arches based on the negative effect on the vehicle – hour network, have been divided into four prioritized of high, very high, medium and normal crisis. The very high crisis group includes fifty arches that have more negative effect on thenetwork. Affecting output of cutting each links on vehicle – hour network will begin from 11.38 routes of Karaj, Qom, Saveh, Varamin, Qods, Shahriar, Firuzkuh, lavasanat, Imam Reza highway are in this group
